We are looking for a Business Product Owner to develop and maintain a detailed product backlog based on the OUPE Digital Strategy for products and platforms serving the Spanish market.

Main responsibilities:

Contribute to OUP’s digital product strategy and roadmaps, translating agreed priorities into delivery plans that support OUPE and divisional goals.
Own product and platform backlogs and support release planning, translating agreed outcomes into clear epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work with OUPE, ELT, Digital Product and delivery colleagues to assess value, customer impact, effort, risk and dependencies, and agree priorities.
Represent customer and user needs throughout delivery, providing evidence and context and validating proposed solutions with relevant OUPE colleagues.
Work with Market Research colleagues to identify, understand and validate customer needs, define appropriate measures, and use research findings to inform priorities, solution design and evaluation of outcomes.
Monitor delivery progress, quality and dependencies against agreed objectives. Support testing and acceptance, escalate risks and blockers promptly, and help stakeholders make informed trade-offs when plans need to change.
Provide product and platform expertise to OUPE and ELT colleagues, explaining capabilities, planned changes, constraints and customer or operational implications.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Product Owner or comparable digital delivery role, working with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into deliverable product requirements.
Practical experience of agile product development methods and tools, including backlog management, refinement, iteration planning and acceptance criteria.
Resourceful with the ability to identify and agree solutions.
Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineers and suppliers, evaluate delivery implications and explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders. This includes a working awareness of software architecture, standards and development practices.
Experience of planning and delivering continuous change and improvement in a digital product environment, including maintaining release plans.
Communication, networking and influencing within a matrix structure.
Awareness of how AI-enabled tools and capabilities can be used responsibly within digital product discovery, delivery and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an ELT Product Executive, responsible for supporting a team of ELT & CLIL Primary/FLE Product Managers in the areas of product support, creation of training materials, and documentation.

You´ll be part of a global organization with a meaningful mission and real impact on education.

Main responsabilities:

Developing sales enablement documentation including Product Training Manuals, mapping documents, and vertical and grammar progressions.
Researching key market developments and trends in ELT, FLE & CLIL market in Spain and contributing to ideas for marketing newsletters.
Carrying out competitor analysis.
Reviewing manuscripts, proofs and product materials to assess market suitability and alignment with customer needs.
Assisting the Product department with the creation of training materials including internal presentations, handouts, and Brainshark videos.
Compiling and analysing customer feedback and sharing key insights with relevant internal stakeholders.
Close cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, and Editorial Teams.
Maintain the Product department’s training website up to date (Moodle) with training documentation. Responsible for all administration (registering/deleting users, uploading, auditing and communicating uploads of material), creation of Moodle activites.
Assisting with the creation and updating of sales presentations to be used in schools.
Compile and circulate feedback from EdCons and teachers to the Content team in the UK.

Requirements:

C2 / bilingual level of English
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous teaching experience in ELT, CLIL or FLE
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Strong organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative approach and ability to build effective working relationships across teams
Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer needs

Collaborate with external suppliers and partners throughout the delivery process.
Track project progress, manage delivery schedules and follow up on actions and dependencies.
Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinate their resolution.
Maintain project and delivery documentation.
Contribute to improving digital delivery processes and workflows.

Requirements

Experience working with digital content, platforms or digital product delivery.
Experience coordinating projects or activities involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
C1 level of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Project management qualification and/or ELT experience would be an advantage.
