Yes. You can view available resources and even try an Oxford Test of English demo: Get Ready.

Yes. As well as the Oxford qualifications, we also publish preparation material for some of the most widely recognised international examinations, particularly the Cambridge qualifications.

Your choice depends on:

• Your age.
• Your current level of English.
• The purpose of the certification.
• The requirements of the institution requesting proof of your level.

If you’re between 12 and 16 years old, Oxford Test of English for Schools may be the most suitable option. If you need to certify your level for higher education or professional purposes, Oxford Test of English or Oxford Test of English Advanced may be better suited to your needs.

You can check which institutions and organisations recognise our certificate on our Recognition page.

However, we recommend checking directly with the relevant organisation to confirm that they accept the certificate.

The Oxford Test of English for Schools and the standard Oxford Test of English take approximately two hours. The Oxford Test of English Advanced takes two hours and 15 minutes.

You can take the full test twice within an eight-week period.

If you need to retake any module, you can also take each module no more than two times within the same eight-week period.

This means that you can take the full test and then retake each module once during that eight-week period, giving a total of five test sessions.

If you take the test more than once, the certificate will show your best result for each skill.

For example, if you take the full test today, you can retake each module once within eight weeks. You could retake Speaking tomorrow and Writing three days later. However, you could not take either of these modules a third time until the eight-week period had passed.

Oxford offers comprehensive materials for academies and language schools preparing students for official qualifications. Digital resources, progress-tracking tools and teacher training are also available.

There are several options:

• Results verification email: most institutions accept this form of verification. Oxford sends an email directly to the institution confirming exam date and the level achieved by the candidate. Please tell us which email address we should send the verification to.
• Physical certificate: if this format is required, please provide your full name, Spanish ID number, the email address used to take the test, postal address and contact telephone number.
• Online verification: if your certificate was issued after July 2023, you do verify it here: Results verification

The Oxford Test of English for Schools features topics aimed at candidates under the age of 16 and certifies levels from A2 to B2.

The Oxford Test of English is aimed at candidates aged 16 and over and also certifies levels up to B2.

The Oxford Test of English Advanced certifies levels B2 to C1 only. If B2 is not achieved, the certificate will state “Below B2”.

Results are normally available within five working days. You will receive an email once they are available.

Oxford offers a wide range of options for Cambridge exam preparation, including resources for:

• B1 Preliminary
• B2 First
• C1 Advanced

These materials include Student’s Books, Workbooks, digital resources, practice activities and teacher materials.

The Oxford Test of English assesses language skills aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), allowing you to certify different levels depending on which Test you take: A2, B1, B2 and C1.

Only some coupons can be reused, depending on the associated promotion.

After validating your digital licence, click on your coursebook and select “Open” or “Use BlinkLearning”.

After validating your coupon, if your book gives you access to the Active Learning Kit, it will be integrated into your digital book or available when you activate your BlinkLearning licence.

If your coupon includes a BlinkLearning licence, you’ll see a licence code number (starting with the letters “OUP”) next to the cover of your coursebook. Sign in or create a BlinkLearning account and use the code to activate your content.

Audio is integrated into your digital book, so you only need to ppen your book and go to the relevant unit, then click play on the audio you want.

Teaching resources on Oxford Premium are available exclusively for practising teachers registered at schools that use our coursebooks.

Once you’ve registered and entered your school’s Premium Code, you’ll have access to the teaching resources for all the coursebooks your school uses.

You can update your school on your Oxford Premium profile under “Edit account”.

• For demo accounts, you can change your school by searching by postcode. Then click “Change your school” next to the name of your current school.
• For standard Premium accounts, you’ll need your new school’s Premium Code. Contact your Oxford sales representative or Customer Support to get this code.

If you’ve lost access to the email address you registered with and can’t reset your password, please contact Customer Support.

This message appears when the Spanish ID number provided is already associated with an Oxford Premium account.

If the account is yours, sign in using your email address and password. If you can’t remember your password, click on “Forgotten your password?”.

If you don’t receive a password reset email, it’s possible you registered with a different email address. We recommend trying any other email addresses you may have used. If you still can’t access your account, please contact Customer Support.

There are two registration options in Oxford Premium:

• Demo account: if you don’t know or don’t enter your school’s Premium Code when you register, your account will be a Demo version. This means that you’ll only have access to demo versions of titles, without their complete teaching resources.
• Premium account: once you enter your school’s Premium Code, you will have access to all the titles used by your school and the complete teaching resources associated with them.

Oxford Premium is Oxford University Press Spain’s platform for teachers who use Oxford materials. On the platform, you will find:

• Your personalised library with digital versions of your coursebooks
• Multimedia content and additional assessment resources
• Educational news and updates
• Courses, webinars and further Professional Development opportunities

The Premium Code is a unique code for each school which gives you access to all the teaching content on Oxford Premium.

Your school administration or senior leadership team should be able to provide you with it, or you can get it from your Oxford sales representative.

IMPORTANT: Contact us if your school doesn’t know their code; however, for security reasons, Customer Support can only send the code to the school’s official email address, so that the school can provide it to you. It cannot be sent directly to a teacher.

If you took part in one of our webinars, check the email address you used to register. We will have sent your certificate of participation the day after the event.

If you teach Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and/or Bachillerato and use an Oxford coursebook, you can register for any Educational horizons courses available. After you successfully complete a Educational horizons course, the Instituto de Desarrollo Profesional of the Universidad de Barcelona will send you your official certificate within approximately two months.

Oxford Teachers’ Academy courses offer a unique training experience led by recognised educational experts. These English-language courses comprise 20 hours. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate from the Oxford University Department for Continuing Education.
